How do l I choose my kitchen in the showroom ?

At Arthur Bonnet, you are welcomed, supported and listened to. Your designer-decorator will understand your expectations and discuss with you the best solutions for the space you have. He will then provide a detailed and precise quote, item by item, including furniture, electrical goods, accessories and installation. How much does a kitchen cost?

It all depends on the choice of model, the size and the selected fittings and fixtures. Your kitchen designer is there to provide tailored and global design for your kitchen, in line with your expectations and your budget.

Must I pay a deposit?

When you approve the quote with your signature, an average of 30%* of the quote is required as a deposit for your kitchen. You have a deposit guarantee. This means that the Arthur Bonnet brand pledges to honour your order even if your showroom stops trading. Your kitchen furniture will be delivered and your deposit will not be lost.

Once I’ve signed the order, how long will it take for my kitchen to be delivered?

Your kitchen is made to measure. This means it is tailor-made for you, to your specifications. The time-frame for manufacture is generally 6 weeks, to which you need to add the installation time.



Must I buy Arthur Bonnet electrical goods?

You are under no obligation. You can keep your electrical equipment or buy them from another showroom. If you like, your designer-decorator can offer a global solution with electrical goods to suit your tastes and needs. Some models have a matching range of electrical goods. And in terms of price, Arthur Bonnet negotiates with the leading manufacturers for very attractive offers*.

Do you have financing solutions?

If you would like, your designer-decorator can offer you a financing solution with our partners Franfinance, Sofinco and Financo. You can then choose the kitchen you want with no constraints*.

What are my guarantees?

How are your products manufactured?

Arthur Bonnet furniture is made to order and to your requirements on the industrial site of Cuisines Design Industries in Saint-Philbert-de-Bouaine in Vendée, France. Security in industrial strength, expert craftsmanship, respect for the environment: Arthur Bonnet’s primary and permanent concern is for the quality of its fitted kitchens. This everyday commitment allows us to provide a high level of guarantee: our kitchen furniture including runners and hinges is guaranteed against any damage resulting from manufacturing fault for 20 years, the doors for 10. The company has been ISO 9001 certified since 2011 and was the first kitchen manufacturer to receive the Guaranteed French Origin Label.



How do I access and change my personal information?

In compliance with the Data Protection act of 6th January 1978 modified in 2004, you have the right to access and modify any personal information pertaining to you. How do I choose the colour of my kitchen?

The kitchens in your Arthur Bonnet showrooms are there to give you some ideas. Your designer-decorator will also show you some samples of the entire range of doors, materials and colours from the Arthur’s Workshop*.  Feel free to ask for a catalogue. You will find inside all our models and their colour ranges.

Where are the Arthur Bonnet kitchens made?

For over 85 years, the Arthur Bonnet kitchens have been made in Saint-Philbert-de-Bouaine in Vendée, France, at the factory of Cuisines Design Industries, the first kitchen manufacturer to receive the Guaranteed French Origin label. Awarded by Bureau Veritas Certification, this label is proof of the transparency of French manufacturing. Straight from our factory in Vendée and using components of which half are manufactured in France (as the label demands), the Arthur Bonnet kitchens meet every criteria of the Guaranteed French Origin label. In the world of kitchens, Arthur Bonnet is the first manufacturer to proudly wave the “Made in France” flag.



Is it possible to buy living room furniture or shelving that matches the kitchen?

Arthur Bonnet has a range of matching furniture which includes living room furniture, drawers, cupboards and shelves available in the same colours and materials as its kitchens. You can create a matching space to suit your tastes.

T for TAX

What does VAT at 5.5% apply to? How does that benefit me?

VAT at 5.5%* applies to the purchase and installation of your fitted kitchen, if you live in a house or flat that was built over two years ago, whether you are the owner or the tenant.

Before beginning the work, simply give the stockist managing your project an attestation certifying that the house or flat where the kitchen is to be installed was built over two years ago and that it is used as a private residence. For tax purposes, we recommend you keep a copy of the attestation as well as all invoices until 31st December of the fifth year following the completion of the work.
